Temperature and oxygen data collected at 50 m water depth from the NH05 station (5 miles off Newport, Oregon) and at 150 m water depth from the NH25 station (25 miles off Newport, Oregon). Copepod community data collected from vertical net samples at the NH05 station (5 miles off Newport, Oregon) and at the NH25 station (25 miles off Newport, Oregon).
